Three ways to join us.

01/Working Student

During your studies.

10–20 hours per week alongside your studies — on real advisory engagements.

Where you fit

You study industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics, safety engineering or similar. You want to know what management systems look like in practice — not just in the textbook.

Where you make impact

You are involved in client projects from day one — audit preparation, documentation analysis, research on new standards. Responsibility grows as soon as you want to take it on.

02/Direct Entry

Before or after graduation.

Direct entry as Junior Consultant. Structured bootcamp, then first project.

Where you fit

You hold a technical, scientific or business degree — or are about to. You are looking for real responsibility instead of a slide-deck career at a big consultancy.

Where you make impact

After the two-week bootcamp, you are staffed on your first audit preparation project — as a full team member, mentored by a senior advisor. First independent audit tasks in month 3–4.

03/Senior Consultant

With professional experience.

You bring 5+ years of industry or advisory experience. We look for auditors who can be sought-after sparring partners themselves.

Where you fit

You have been Head of QM, CISO, EHS Manager, or have consulting experience in one of the industries we cover. You already hold one or more auditor qualifications — or are ready to acquire them quickly.

Where you make impact

You lead projects independently. You audit on behalf of accredited bodies. You build your own client portfolio — backed by our market presence. Profit participation possible.
